Hofbräuhaus Pittsburgh Brings German Traditions to the Steel City

The rooms are decorated traditionally and the famous and ever-popular Hofbräu beer is brewed on site. The menu also features traditional German fare. Although you may not initially think of German cuisine when it comes to dining options, the food here is exceptional and is guaranteed to impress.

The beer here is brewed using original recipes handed down from the Duke of Bavaria. Their biers are brewed on site strictly according to the German Purity Law “Reinheitsgebot” using only hops, malt and water. Seasonal brews are released throughout the year as well.

Throughout the year various monthly craft brew keg tapping ceremonies are held. The live entertainment featured is also German themed and this combined with all of the authentic décor, food and beer will transport you to another time and place.
